  2. This application is for sporting tournaments to take place in a Goodlettsville park. Please complete all information requested to expedite the approval process. After submission, a staff member will be in contact to discuss availability, fees, and event operations.

  17. Field Prep Request*

    Yes should be marked for any requests outside of normal prep. Including changing field sizes for soccer/lacrosse/football, or requesting additional field prep outside of start of day for baseball/softball. Fees will be assessed for additional field prep requests.

  20. List needs for any keys to park property. Example - chase for toilet paper and cleaning equipment.

    By submitting this form, I certify that all of the information contained in this Special Event Application is true and correct and I understand that any deviation from this application could result in the closing down or canceling of the event by the City of Goodlettsville. I understand that a Special Event Permit must be issued by the City Manager before the event. The issuance of this permit is contingent upon the Event Coordinator's compliance with the Special Event Application and acceptance of all listed stipulations of the Special Event Permit.
