Rules for Using Fenway's Park
Rules
- Use park at your own risk. The City of Goodlettsville is not responsible for injuries to individuals or dogs.
- Close both gates upon entering and exiting.
- Only one owner and their dog in the holding area at a time.
- Owner must stay with their dog inside the fence at Fenway's Park at all times.
- Leash and unleash your dog in the double-gated area. Never carry your dog into the park. Owners must carry a leash at all times.
- Owners must pick up after their dogs at all times and properly dispose of dog waste in the provided containers.
- Dogs must be in sight of their owner at all times. Any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately.
- Owners are legally responsible for any damage, injury, or illness your dog may cause to itself, other dogs, other people, or yourself.
- Do not bring food, glass containers, strollers, carriages, bicycles, skates, roller blades, or children's toys into the park.
- Alcohol is prohibited.
- All dogs must wear a collar with identification at all times, have current vaccinations, negative fecal, and be at least six months of age for health and safety reasons.
- Each adult guardian may bring a maximum of three dogs and/or children to the park at one time. Babies / toddlers are not recommended.
- Smokers must dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw them on the ground.
- All spike collars must be removed prior to entry into the park.
- Owners must stop dogs from digging and fill holes immediately.
- Children should not run with the dogs or chase them while in the park. This is a playground for dogs, not children.
- If your children create problems for owners and their dogs, you may be asked by other owners to leave Fenway's Park for safety reasons.
- Spayed / neutered dogs are always recommended. They are less prone to fighting.
- Sick dogs and female dogs in season are prohibited.
- When leaving Fenway's Park, remove all personal items.
- Observe park hours. Fenway's Park is daylight use only.
