Planning Board

The Goodlettsville Planning and Zoning Board is a 10-member board appointed by the Mayor according to the provisions of state law. This board is charged with the responsibility of adopting the long-range plans, reviewing and approving site plans and subdivision plats, reviewing plans for planned unit developments and making recommendations to the governing body for amendments to the zoning ordinance. The board consists of the following members:

Board of Zoning and Sign Appeals

The Goodlettsville Board of Zoning and Sign Appeals is a five-member board appointed by the Mayor according to the provisions of state law. It is responsible for hearing appeals from the provisions of the zoning and sign ordinances. The board consists of the following members:

Construction Board of Appeals

The Goodlettsville Construction Board of Appeals is a seven-member board appointed under the authority granted by adoption of the building code and charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals arising from enforcement of the building and fire codes. The board consists of the following members:
