Please come to the Public Works Office between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM to sign your contract and pay any applicable fees. There is a fee of $75 for anyone whose previous address is now a home owned in Goodlettsville city limits. This is a one-time fee and must be paid before your trash pick up will begin. Check the Solid Waste section of the website to see which day your trash service is conducted. Holiday schedule: trash collection does not occur on Thanksgiving day or Christmas day. Should your schedule fall on either of these days, collection resumes on the following pick-up day.
"Why do I have to pay the $75 if there is already a Goodlettsville trash receptacle at my residence?"
