Department of Public Works

The Goodlettsville Department of Public Works helps to provide a safe and clean community. Its goal is to provide quality public services that are responsive and cost effective. The Public Works Department maintains city streets, provides residential solid waste collection and recycling, maintains surface water drainage systems, performs vehicle maintenance, provides wastewater collection, and provides new development standards, reviews and inspections.

The strength of the Public Works Department is our personnel. The hard-working men and women of the department allow Goodlettsville residents to enjoy a clean and safe community.

If the department can be of service to you, please call or click the link below to submit a service request.

Sincerely,
Jack W. Tompkins
City Engineer
