Solid Waste Collection

Collection of residential garbage by the City of Goodlettsville is made once per week.

New residents pay a set-up fee of  $75 to begin service. Collection is made Monday through Friday, throughout the year, with Thanksgiving and Christmas Day being the exceptions.

Each home is furnished with one wheeled refuse container that you place at the street on your collection day.

If you are in need of a second container, you may pay an additional $75 for this.   All containers remain the property of the City of Goodlettsville.
